AT HOME PET CARE - VISITS IN YOUR HOME
BASIC SERVICE
Our basic service includes visiting your home as 1-2 times daily or more if required, feeding your pets, cleaning water bowls, removing soiled litter and poop scoop yard, mail & bin collection and premises check including doors, windows and gates. We also provide playtime and lots of love and affection just like you would.
This basic service is a minimum of ½ hour for 1-2 pets. Charges apply for additional pets. Multiple fish or birds kept in one bowl/tank or cage are charged as one pet.
TAILORED SOLUTION
This is an excellent option if you are going away long term or work long hours, travel regularly or just don’t have the time in your busy schedule.
We come to your home and discuss exactly what you and your pet require. We can do 1, 2, 3 or more visits per day feed your animals, walk your dogs, rug, feed and groom your horses, give your cats a brush, pick up and drop off at vet or grooming appointments, prepare special diet for your pets, administer medication, open and close curtains, water your pot plants, turn lights on and off or whatever your requirements may be, we can tailor a solution to suit your needs.
SPECIALTY PET CARE
Most people can look after a dog or cat but what about when it comes to those other animals that people have little or no experience with like horse and reptiles, even native wildlife. “Executive Pets” can also cater for those needs.
We can come and rug, feed and groom your horses, muck out stables or day yards and provide twice daily visits to ensure everything is O.K while you are away.
Although our little reptile friends are relatively easy to care for, there are a few things that need to be considered if you are going away.
Daily visits can be made to your home to check that your enclosure’s lamps and heat sources are operating correctly and at the required temperatures. We will refresh water bowls, feed (if required) and clean any soiled areas or shed skin.
We do not care for poisonous/venomous pets due to safety and NSW Parks & Wildlife Licensing laws.

DOG WALKING OR PLAYTIME SERVICE
We all know how it feels when we get home from a busy day and our four legged mate is just itching to get out and about to enjoy the fresh air and maybe even get to play with some of his mates or just chill out with you and sneak a few cuddles in. But the day has been so hectic and you still have so much to do; maybe running the kids to sport, cooking dinner, cleaning the house or working late. Maybe you are not well and can’t get out for a walk or going away on holidays or business –we have all seen that disappointed look from our best friend when he misses out on his daily enrichment. This can even lead to bad or destructive behaviour through boredom.
Ultimately, we are responsible for the health and wellbeing of our pets and using a dog walking service is a great way to provide the stimulation your pet requires on a regular basis. You can also avoid such problems as obesity, nuisance barking and canine diseases.
Our dog walking service tries to provide the most stimulating environment for your pet. This includes leash free parks, walking along the river or just sticking to your normal route. In the best interests of your dog, we only walk one dog at a time to guarantee your pet quality time.
Maybe your pet just likes to play rather than walk. We can also cater to those needs for you. We can come to your house and play in the back yard or take your dog to a more stimulating environment where they get to smell and see new things and maybe meet some other four legged friends to play with. We carry plenty of balls, ropes and other toys to keep your pet happy for as long as you need.

Stimulating environments
Lots of toys including balls, ropes and frizzbies
Lots of hugs and affection
Air conditioned vehicle and fully harnessed if driven to walking location
Fresh water – portable bowls carried
Treats (if allowed)
Regular updates upon request
We always carry mobile phones, portable water bowls and fresh water, toys, spare collars, leads, first aid kits and emergency contact numbers.
Our walking and playtime service is based on ½ hourly and hourly rates although this can be tailored if you have an older or obese pet or maybe the weather is too hot and the walk needs to be cut short.
To ensure your dog and all others around it are kept safe on our walks, we require that your dog be fully vaccinated and registered with your local council. If we are taking your dog to an off leash park, your dog must be flea & worm treated, friendly towards other dogs and humans, and respond to appropriate basic commands.
If both feeding and walking are required, we recomend two seperate visits. Dogs should not be fed 2 hours prior to excercise or 1 hour after exercise. This can cause bloat which is a serious and even deadly conditon.

Do you have an appointment at the vet or groomers and you will be away on business or holidays, maybe you cannot drive because of illness or you are just simply too busy.

We can stay at the vet with your pet for its appointment and can ask any questions you may have for your vet (you provide us a list of questions).
